During the CEV Congress, the TEAM IV Community of Practice took place on 14 October 2025 in Brussels as part of the project’s communication and dissemination activities.
Throughout the morning, several representatives from the project partner organisations gathered both in person and online to discuss the main developments of the project and contribute to a clear strategy for the wider exploitation and use of the project results.
During the session, partners reviewed the TEAM IV project website, and agreed on a number of improvements aimed at making the presentation of the project, its open resources, and its main component: the online training course, more engaging and accessible for users. As part of the project dissemination strategy, participants also worked together on outreach actions to support the engagement of the 250 mentors foreseen in the next phase of the project.
In addition, partners exchanged ideas on the long-term sustainability of the project beyond its official duration, and discussed ways to maximise its impact by involving a wider range of stakeholders and organisations linked to volunteering, inclusion, and disability support. Following the Community of Practice session, partners attending the Congress in person also took part in the wider activities organised during the CEV Autumn Congress, where they had the opportunity to present the main outcomes of TEAM IV and connect with potential stakeholders and future collaborators interested in the project.
